Ravenscroft started as a small place but over the years has only gotten larger. Up until a few months ago is was a beautiful place, but that was before the isolation.
Even in its early years Ravenscroft seemed to attract the supernatural and soon became known as a hot spot for trouble. The vampires clamed the town unofficially and brutal murderers began but I’ve had run-ins with werewolf packs and demons too.
Finally, after many years, it seemed that something was to be done and Ravenscroft became known as ‘no man’s land.’ We were cut off from the rest of the world, barriers seemed to spring up over night around us (I suspect magical ones too as no one seemed to be able to leave) and all power to the city was cut off.
Food and supplies arrive at the old church on the edge of town every two weeks or so, along with ammo to fight off the vampires, but I’m beginning to wonder if one day they’ll just forget about us. That’s if we don’t die off first.
